Frequently Asked Questions
- Why isn't speed showing? — Make sure Location Services is enabled for WakeSpeed. The app filters out inaccurate readings, so give it a moment after you start moving.
- Session not saved? — Sessions shorter than 5 seconds are discarded automatically to avoid accidental saves.
- GPS seems slow to start — There is a 2-second warm-up period when a session begins. This improves accuracy.
- How do I export my session? — Open a session in History, tap the Share button, and choose PDF Report or GPX Track.
- What is Power-Saving Mode? — It reduces GPS accuracy slightly to conserve battery on long days. Toggle it in Settings.
- Can I use WakeSpeed on iPad? — Yes, WakeSpeed is fully supported on iPhone and iPad running iOS 26.2 or later.
